To me, Donkey Kong is a grown up Gorilla from the Ubisoft company. To make it fair for Rogan to voice Donkey Kong, we will have Donkey Kong movie from DreamWorks saying: Ubisoft + DreamWorks The Donkey Kong Movie It also says "The Jungle Kingdom Movie" in PAL Regions.

My guess is, they will eventually bring DS/3DS to NSO. That’s probably another reason they targeted Citra as well. It would cut into their subscription revenue, which I’m sure it will be behind a higher yearly price. But like others, it’s Nintendo property and they can do whatever they want.
