@@wedgeantilles1932 it wouldnt work at all, any force generated by the leafblower pushing on the umbrella would be cancelled out by the leafblower thrusting itself back, it would actually work if you removed the umbrella but you would have to point the leafblower in the other direction or else you would go backwards (and of course the force generated is small so it probably wouldnt be able to move you unless it was a perfectly flat surface) Edit: as some of you pointed out it would work because of the umbrella's curvature but it would work even worse than just pointing the leafblower backwards so its even less likely to move you
