The executive branch consists of the President. This person enforces the law, and he has certain other duties like declaring war and approving bills prepared by members of the legislative branch. The President is also considered the leader of our country. The judicial branch interprets the laws. This branch consists of the courts and the trials held in them. Here a judge and jury determine from evidence presented by lawyers whether someone is guilty of breaking a law. Initial law enforcement takes place among police officers. They are the first people to encounter situations where a law is being broken. If a criminal (law-breaker) becomes too violent or hostile, they will use guns or mace or nightsticks to administer immediate punishment. Their goal is to bring the criminal under control, so that he can receive a punishment determined by members of the judicial branch of government. Punishments mostly include time in jail, but they can also include fines and, in extreme cases, the death penalty. There is controversy surrounding the death penalty.

In that Video he acted like it actually worked and if you watch the Video, you'll see what he meant. Since the upload of that Video, charlie revealed what actually happend in that video and that matt pranked him. You still gotta keep in mind, that charlie always wanted and still wants to do a bad youtube horror Video on his own. I think that Egg and Milk video was an attempt to it, but it wasn't as good as he imagined so he revealed it.

Urmaker, Lutch green, Criminally Listed. Lazy masquerade. As far as paranormal ghost shit? Nuke's Top 5 is the only one that consistently has decent content. Sir spooks can find some really niche videos you'd never see anywhere else, but you'd have to do quit a bit of searching to find anything really good. Also have to mention bedtime stories, they have the best series about the Dytalov pass incident, also check out the hoosac tunnel hauntings video, that one was amazing and well worth the watch.
