I own this same exact guitar. By FAR the nicest guitar I've ever owned. Worth every single penny. I definitely lucked out snagging it before prices went up. I bought this guitar when it was "only" $1,800. Now this guitar is listed at $2,100. It went up $300! That's insane.

Great demo - thank you. I bought the Horizon Granite sparkle NT HS with Fishman Fluence Modern pickups in it. It's an awesome guitar but I think I hate the pickups so will try the EMG 57/66TW set - you made them sound great.

Love this review. Very well done. I own a 2012 ESP Horizon NT-II in see through black although at times it is almost purple. Anyways, you could argue my Horizon is the grandfather to the one you are playing. Great guitars with a thick sound; definitely worth your hard earned money.

The EMG 66/57 Set is much more versatile then the classic 81-80 set imho, specially with the coil split. I just wish they would offer a Floyd version of this model, like with cherry red black burst one.

In the Thomann homepage it says the neck is „set-thru“ on this guitar you said it‘s a „neck-thru“ are you sure it‘s a neck-thru? I‘m thinking about buying this guitar or the e2 m2 with the 2 emg81‘s, with the neck-thru. I d prefer the m2 but it‘s the floyd rose on it that makes me hesitate, since i never had a guitar with FR. Also the e2 m1 is one i‘d like. I‘d use the guitar mistly for meral riffing. HELP ME DECIDE PLEEEASE😂

@Cyphaer thanks for the answer! What did you mean by the lip that dgs into the arm? Sorry english isn’t my first language. I try to find a store with ltd‘s and esp‘s. It‘s hard to decide when there‘s almost only ordering online options nowadays. Most good guitar shops closed around here. I‘ve seen now on the ESP page that the NT‘s are neck through. It must have been a mistake on the Thomann website.

@Cyphaer thanks a lot! I watched the pictures again and i thought it’s the body edge that you meant. By looks i prefer the Mirage model, it looks more rough but it‘s carved at the right spots. I‘d love to buy the e2 m2 ee through black. I‘m just insecure about the floyd rose, doe you think it‘s possible to do bendings ith a floyd rose?

@Cyphaer thanks again. You are very helpful. Maybe i buy the m2 with the fliyd and ad a „tremmory“ spring system. It‘s would be nice having a m2 with fixed bridge and emg81‘s but maybe i can get used to the floyd rose. Still not sure what to do. The m2 with the floyd is what catches my eyes but i need to imörove my skills a lot for that trem system i guess

All Horizon models are neck-through with a carved top. Thomann´s website is not very accurate in many cases.
