This will definitely 110% be in my carry rotation with the CR920XP, for what you get with the Canik out of the box for $650 without the optic or $850 with the optic, nothing beats Canik in regards to what you get out of the box 🔥

@@tigerrider007 it's definitely my first favorite pistol that I've owned, shoots like a comped Glock 19. Honestly if I didn't have the CR920XP yet and I had to choose between the Canik Prime and the CR920XP, I'd choose the Canik Prime no doubt, for the optic version for $850 that's $250 to $300 cheaper than a Shadow Systems and you get everything you need right out of the box. If anything all you'd have to buy is a weapon light and another holster to accommodate that light which to me is no issue. The fact that you get a holster with it you can carry it on day one 🔥 To me both pistols are neck and neck with each other but you get way more bang for your buck with Canik 💯

Canik has an absolute winner on there hands cant wait for you to review this 💪 Couple things to note, it sports a new enlarged trigger gaurd and full length dust cover, unlike its LS counterpart, The trigger shoe is actually a new design made specifically for there slim line guns and is slightly smaller then the rival trigger shoe and their mo4 has multiple reticals 🤘

My problem with Canik is that they come out with newer cooler stuff way faster than I can go shopping for pistols. Buy one, wait a month, they'll pop something out that upgrades the previous one. Canik is absolutely a market disrupter, in many ways they have changed the approach of every other pistol company on the market. Canik isn't a great gun for the money they make great guns that just don't happen to cost a lot.

My micro dagger C-1 has it all; slide porting from the factory, black steel gas pedal, polydat trigger, eps carry, grit grips magwell, and a TLR-7. Whole setup weighs only 16 grams more than a bone stock Glock 19. But it holds the exact same number of bullets. Pretty insane.

The slide design opens up the aftermarket not only for barrels with different pretty finishes (spectrum!) but also allows for porting through the top like BUL Armory does to bring down muzzle flip even further Taylor Freelance already said they have brass and aluminum backstraps coming out for the MC9L and MC9LS that this shares backstrap design with, im pleased as punch with it how it is but will be very curious to see what the aftermarket holds for it Now i just have to hound Vedder to make a holster for it with a TLR8 weaponlight

Wish they would make a shorty grip. You can always still get a full grip with longer mags and a spacer. If a shorty was available, I'd get one tomorrow.

Looks really good. I suspect the trigger pull is a bit more range-toy than I prefer for defensive use, but it ticks all the slimline compact boxes.

Is it just my imagination, or have they enlarged the Prime's trigger guard compared to the other MC9s? One of the few things I didn't like on the MC9 was the tight dimensions of the trigger guard, which I assume was done to allow for the accessory rail.
