I can’t believe they accused you of that like you don’t go and get 100 dollar nails, when the tech tells you the price you don’t bat an eyelash, and yet you end up calling the cops because YOU won’t pay what you were warned the price of? (First video I watched from you i was looking for acrylic designs)...I would have them pay first and if anything goes wrong during nail process you just give back what is fair to make it a fair deal and that way they don't try to run out without paying. But I would of blocked her after so many rude messages. If she can't read and understand don't waste your time. You was wayyy too nice to her. Sometimes owning your on business you gotta be hard when u have too or plp walk all over. Glad u got thur it safe and if it happened it was ment to happen as a lesson taught for your future business and growth. Keep Striving your really amazing!

Gurl u were more than generous for that girl. I went to my nail tech and she actually made me bleed multiple times. But if I got my nails done by u I would pay you the money cause since u made it clear in the beginning there should be no confusion. And also u make nails so pretty!

Screw $10…if you charge $100 I’d expect at least $40 (or even half) before the appt. That girl was definitely in the wrong and you handled it very well. If they’re serjous about getting them done and willing to pay the full price then they shouldn’t have a probably paying half up front. I’m not a nail tech though so maybe that’s not how it works. But I do run my own business and I expect full payment upfront at least one hour prior to the session. Best of luck to you hun! ❤

You were in the wrong from the beginning! I say that because you didnt treat yourself well and it showed because you allowed yourself to get played! At 8 in the morning when you woke up to that disrespect you should've removed yourself from the situation by cancelling the appointment and avoiding the situation all together! You are a business and a brand and 1 bad review can tarnish what you worked hard for! This was a learning lesson but definitely avoidable! Be a stickler with your policy and dont adjust for nobody because your mental health and physical safety comes first and that could've turned out bad!
