As someone who watched a ton of Malcolm in the Middle as a teen, I looooved the Halloween Episode. Add the too comic accurate costumes and the mystery getting untangled more and more. Think it's the best one in the show. The "glitches" or rather background characters at the edge of town really got me.

The Agatha reveal is my favorite twist I've ever experienced. Agatha might actually be my favorite character in any show or film I've ever seen. There are so many layers to the character's evil endeavor. Rewatching the earlier episodes after finishing this series is extremely fascinating if you pay close attention to Agnes' behavior.

It was such a great series that got better and better through the seasons as it grew and shifted to keep up with the movies' direction. I was so shocked to see the Darkhold in WandaVision. It was a shame that the MCU didn't really explain the true power, horror and capacity to corrupt that AoS got to establish. A lot of casual audiences didn't realize just how much of a big deal it was so it's impact was diminished. AoS fans predicted the change in Wanda that we saw in Doctor Strange while other people felt it came out of nowhere.

One thing this show did so extremely well that so many people don't understand is portraying grief, loss, depression. How those things can go unnoticed for so long. Then realizing what's happening and learning to understand and rise above. Also, all of the commercials are meant to portray aspects of Wanda's power and/or state of mind! Ie she's a Nexus-level being!

Agatha Harkness is a very interesting character. She doesn’t really fall easily on the traditional spectrum of good/evil but is capable of great acts of both. I think she’s intended to represent the balance between the two and bridge the gap between chaos and order, a true neutral force. In the comics, she taught Wanda a lot of what she knows of magic and has been both an ally and an antagonist in the past. You’ll find out more about her and her place in the world in the last couple of episodes.

Agatha was weird from the beginning but hilarious. There were a couple of moments I was suspicious about her. First, it was a scene when she was outside with the other neighbor whispering to him. Second, was the 80s era in the living room when she said, "Should we take it from the top?" Third, she picked up the dog from her bushes, saying the dog is dead (knowing damn well she killed that dog). She knew what was going on from the jump and was the only one in that town that is not under the spell and played along with it while inserting things here and there. Those little moments you gotta pay attention to. It was a great episode

Yes those are the old costumes. When it comes to Wandas power level, in the comics she spoke the words "No more mutants" and rewrote the entire planets history and past to be just that. Ramboes Mom was the black pilot in Captain marvel, she's the little girl in that movie.

2 was the 60s. Shown by Wanda wearing pants and the increase in cast. - Episode 6 references Malcom in the Middle, which came out early January 2000 - In the comics Monica Rambeau was Captain Marvel before Carol Danvers. Her presence in the Captain Marvel movie was an Easter egg to that. Monica also goes by Spectum and Photon (which was her mother MCU call sign) - In the comic Billy and Tommy, have an even crazier backstory. They are called Wiccan and Speed and are members of the Young Avengers - Billy telling Agnes she's quiet on the "inside" is because he can hear the inner voices under the spell. Think Norm when Vision woke him up. So this comment means Agnes wasn't suppressed like the others

The commercial in the 6th episode is one of the freakier ones. New Rock stars pointed out the yogurt is like Wanda's magic, it isn't enough to keep all the people she has under her spell "happy" and functioning as her attention is divided and she tries to maintain the illusion.

Its episode 6 that cements this entire conception as 'groundbreaking'. Up to this point no other character (hero or villain) in the MCU, has ever had that moment. Where you see them falter/ loose control and in the blink of an eye, comes back at it 10x harder. And were not even touching the surface of her powers. Its great. Its like a comic book character should be written. Beautiful.

As a physics nerd my first thought after Monica came back through the barrier and saw that weird circular distortion around power lines was "she's seeing electromagnetic fields!" Which.... I think may actually be the intent, although I wouldn't exactly call it obvious.

So the commercials have a theme…every one of them is something that relates to Wanda’s past or current situation. STARK TOASTER OVEN - The missile that killed Wanda & Pietro’s parents was made by Stark Industries. STRÜCKER WATCH - Baron Strücker was the HYDRA commander who gave Wanda & Pietro their powers. HYDRA SOAK - See above. LAGOS PAPER TOWELS - Lagos, Nigeria is where Wanda accidentally killed the Wakandan aid workers, sparking off the Sokovia Accords. YO MAGIC YOGURT - The claymation character is trying to survive by “snackin’ on Yo Magic.” This one will become more clear in the final couple of episodes. NEXUS - In the comics, Wanda is considered a “nexus being,” a person around whom reality itself centers. In this case, she’s the center of everything happening in Westview.

I actually and finally just watched wanda vision. I kindve knew from when she was in the bushes that something was up. I never really paid attention to the show or any characters until i saw Monica in The Marvels trailer. So I didn’t really spoil myself. But I’m definitely gonna watch her show/ movie. I actually love Kathryn. She was in a lot of movies I grew up watching so I already knew her.

Oh and BTW, episode 7 is a secret tie in to a future Marvel movie named The Marvels. Cpt. Rambeu is the same little girl from the movie Captain Marvel. And the song about Agatha is a rip on the Munsters theme song.Cpt. Rambeu, her newfound powers are that she can see light on a higher wavelength to where she can detect super reds all the way to the ultraviolet spectrums. In essence, she can see how light bending can effect things and people.

Agatha Harkness first appearance was FF #94 and the last character created byt he team of Lee and Kirby. She acted as Franklin Richards nanny and was pretty much on the side of the heroes. Later she became Wanda's mentor.

episode 2 was the 60s episode. you can tell because of the change in hair styles and clothing, and many shows were still black and white in the first half of the 60s. that's why the color came in at the end of the episode, just like how color tv came towards the latter half of the 60s.

Wanda is basically only limited by her emotional issues and creativity. She can change the whole universe molding it to her desires, if she can learn to use her powers and either learn to channel her emotions or completely lose control.

The Darkhold (aka the Book of Sins, the Book of Spells, or the Book of the Damned) contains transcribed dark magic based on ancient engravings carved by Chthon. It was the reason Wanda's extra broken in the Multiverse of Madness. It feeds on trauma and deep desires, things Wanda has in abundance. It's kind of similar to fighting the One Ring - some can fight it longer than others but eventually anyone would give in to it.

It's the darkhold or also called the book of the damned which Wanda was using in Dr Stranges multiverse of Madness. She was using it to dreamwalk into her other self in another universe where her alternate kids were still alive with her alternate self whoms body she takes possession of in order to get her kids back into her life by way of taking the power from the a young girl named America Chavez who along with Dr Strange escaped to other world with her ability to open portals to other alternative worlds in order to stop Wanda from obtaining her power which would thus kill her in the process

I am so happy Oak is all for Marvel tv series now. Some Marvel definitely works with movies, while some stories benefit from tv series. I was so happy they embraced tv series with Wandavision, cause we got so much goo stuff plus a lot of lore for movies. Agnes turned Agatha was such a huge twist I was freaking out! It sort of makes you think back on every single episode. Since Agatha has been messing up everything like in her theme song, she has been doing it every episode. So thinking back on previous episodes it really stands out why she always shows up right on time, always seems unperturbed, always seems to know what to do. Its so cool!

In the comics. Wanda was Abel to remove and wipe all the mutants by just saying " no more mutants" in a second. She is the Scarlett witch. A nesex begin. And the strongest in a lot of multivers not just earth. They toned her power in the movies. She could destroy planets with her mind only. So yeah, she can do a lot. But she also has truma and mind troubles, making her unstable.

I love the TV sitcom themes and memes! Malcolm in the Middle. Earlier were Family Ties & Growing Pains, Brady Bunch, Bewitched, The Dick Van Dyke show. Maybe they were 2 shows combined per decade. The later one is supposed to be Modern Family but I haven't seen it - someone said one character was spot on though. I've watched so many reactions to this I can't even remember the first time for me, it's all mysterious! Listen it's a good thing you don't remember details in the later movies because technically they'd be spoilers. I wouldn't worry about it making sense, it's all perfectly splendid.

Ha! Me and "the oak" graduated high school the same year. The Halloween costumes are made to represent their outfits in the og comics. The commercials were initially going to be Dr. Strange trying to get Wanda's attention. In the pharmacy one, Dr. Strange was initially going to be the pharmacist. The voice of the "producer" is actually Agatha's but pitched lower.

Hey friends! I just wanted to suggest checking out Agents of SHIELD. The first half of season 1 put me off watching when it originally aired because it's not exactly the most exciting, but from the second half of the season until the end of the series, it just keeps upping itself from season to season. There's regular spy stuff and then it just evolves into something insane - I don't want to say too much in case you guys do get around to watching it but man, genuinely one of the best TV shows I've watched period, not just from Marvel.

The Halloween episode is definitely 90s! Some of it is late, but there are particular shows each one emulates. Also, the second episode was 60s. It didn’t look much different than the 50s unless you were a hippie, but the hints are things like the pedal pusher pants (capris) on the women.

It is a corrupting book that even made the likes of Iron mam, spiderman, blade, wasp and black bolt into monsters. Episode 1: 50s Episode 2: 60s Episode 3: 70s Episode 5: 80s Episode 6: 90s Episode 7: 10s (I think) The 00s didn't seem to have many new sitcoms about people living in houses. A decade was skipped.
