Amazing!! How could it not be tasty 😋 Similar way of layering like Biryani. Many thinks Biryani is from India but actually this dish is originated from Persia ( if not mistaken from Esfahan? )

Dear Yousef, Farsi for Eggplant is Badenjoon (with 2 Ns), not "Bademjoon", ask a Farsi college instructor at a State University, if still in doubt!! And if you want the real formal version, then it's Badenjan, but No one would pronounce it that way in everyday speech!! My father had his major in Farsi literature with a minor in ancient Persian history, later he went back and received a law degree from University of TEHRAN. And after that he got his graduate degrees in Criminal Justice, from Melli University during the last King's regime. Thanks for trying your best. And I myself attended Alborz High School, and if one could not register in 7th grade, then they'd have to be tested for all Science and Math courses (usually more difficult than most university entry exam)!! Thank you Yousef 😊

How much salt in the rice 😳😳 you were very heavy handed, weren't you ?? Must be too salty. Otherwise looks yummy.
