@ Hello Mister Yousef, today I have made Ghormeh Sabzi exactly how you explained in your video, and my parents (my father is from Iran) loved it and said it was perfect when we ate it tonight. I am so grateful to you for your service to upload the recipe and so carefully explaining how to make it. Als the rice was perfect, I made it with potato in de bottom with saffron. It was delicious. Many thanks to you sir! ❤️

A simple blend of ingredients that creates the most magnificent flavour. I’m Pakistani but born in U.K. - I dated an Iranian girl before for 2 years, and tried all of her mom’s cooking. I fell in love with it, when we need a change from our spicy food - nothing beats Iranian food. Gheymeh and Fesenjoon are absolutely delightful. I enjoy cooking Pakistani food, so the Persian recipes are similar with less spice and they opt for low and slow rather than our usual high heat fast stir frying (like karahi) - but aside from that they have similarities. Iranian Khoresht’s are a great way to enjoy hearty and healthful foods with a few beautifully merged ingredients that are cooked on a low and slow simmer so they can marry together. It also focuses on tanginess, sourness and tartness which is what I have found most appealing about it. Khoresht Gheymeh is divine, and I personally recommend anybody from any culture to try it. Youseff cooks it magnificently.

What kind of rice? Where do you get, or how do you make liquid saffron? What's the quantity? It would be nice if the printed recipe was a bit more informative.
