Super late comment, and I see you've uploaded another I haven't watched yet, but just some tips: Work on playing a triangle defense, learning who needs to slide where and when against iso. On ball lock needs to play somewhat high and force the 2, as soon as the ball carrier goes to paint, the big on that side needs to crash to paint. Wing slides to corner, on ball lock slides to wing. If you have to give up a shot, give up 2s not 3s. As a hash, you're sitting too close to the line. If you can sit deeper you can spread the floor by a lot, making it take 2 or even 3 extra steps to close out on shots 15:40 Speak is sitting slightly deeper on hash, some hash can even take a step further back and sit on that hash line. This makes it harder for the defense to pinch and slide. BE AGGRESSIVE, you said it yourself. It's hard when to know when you're open. As you know, you gave up quite a few open looks. The secondary ball handler has to be your guaranteed bucket 🪣 You doing solid for your first few runs, keep up the good work love the content

Might be a new build or because of quitting out of games when losing or they do it almost every time in pro am (win or lose) to save boosts and Gatorade. That kills the plate color quick now.
