Did it get in the way when shooting your bow? Thinking about buying this but really want to know if it gets in the way when shooting or drawing?

No it didn't get in my way. It was close, but I was able to shoot just fine. A word of caution though, ff you shoot any type of over draw release it might get in the way.

Seems like straps weren’t fit to your body, no?

I did my best to get all the straps fitting my body roughly the same especially because I was testing 9 harnesses against each other.
