It's actually just one guy who does the BLR stuff, lol. He makes all the music, does all the voices, as well as the editing. " Never thought love had much of a point but I was wrong it has a thousand points " ~Ryman Branson
@agiar20002 жыл бұрын
Okay, how's this for an ending? The emotion around the compound is tense as the real Pablo Escobar drives up. The person who greets him at the gate is the one guard who was most suspicious of Ryman Branson, this guard, upon learning about the ruse, never really seemed comfortable with everyone going along with it, and we don't know what he's going to do now that the man to whom he always thought of himself as loyal is now in front of him, ordering open the gate. The guard remembers the sweet gesture that Branson made to the guard's sick daughter, how he asked after her, how he did that all as a matter of course throughout his day, how he seemed to look at all these people who worked for him as real people, not tools or weapons. The guard contemplates the question he's asked himself earlier "If I break my oath to Pablo, just 'cause this new guy's nice, what kind of a man does that make me?" Now, he asks himself "If I betray the new Pablo, a good man, just 'cause I made a promise to a tough guy... what kind of man would _that_ make me?" After staring at Escobar for a minute, Escobar getting agitated, the guard calls into his radio. "Hey, boss... We got an imposter at the west gate. What you wanna do with him?" Branson looks pensive as he holds the phone on the other end. He looks back at his loving family. They know what this call is. He replies "I'll be down in a couple minutes." and hangs up. Tata and the boy embrace the new Pablo, and Tata says "You don't need to go down there. You don't know how dangerous he can be." The new Pablo replies "No, I have to go down there. I need to make sure this is over." Branson slowly walks through the threshold while Escobar is angrily berating the guard. Escobar is stunned as he sees his doppelgänger walk up. Escobar: "What the _FUCK_ is this?! Who is this asshole?" Guards and other employees from around the compound slowly and solemnly approach. Everyone remains silent. Escobar: "Are you BLIND?! YOU think this is ME?! Shoot this pendejo!" Everyone remains silent and stares at Escobar. Escobar: "It's me! It's *ME,* you idiots! I'll prove it's me." Escobar starts angrily shouting out everything he can think of that only the real Pablo Escobar would know, so much of which is extremely incriminating, all of which is being captured by the recording equipment being run by the FBI guys back in the van. They look at each other in amazement, silently as if to say "This is it! This is everything!" Escobar: "NOW! Un millón dólares *and a night with Tata* to the first chingón who shoots this mother fucker in the head!" Tata turns her head in shame, unable to look at her former husband in the eye, while holding the hand of the one she loves. Escobar grabs for his gun. Tata screams "¡NO!" And in an instant, the guard shoots Escobar in the shoulder, forcing him to drop the gun and fall to the ground screaming and clutching his wound. The new boss instinctively holds his son tight to him, protectively, and the boy returns the instinctive clutching. Another guard quickly makes sure the gun is out of Escobar's reach, and in that moment, the new boss sees his predecessor with only pity. He had so much wealth, so much power, but it was all wasted on someone who couldn't appreciate what the loyalty of his men really meant, or what the love of his wife and son were truly worth. Escobar chokes out "You piece of *_SHIT!!_* What gives you the *RIGHT...* to come in here... and take EVERYTHING from me?! *_JUST WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!"_* Close up on the actor's face as he makes the subtlest of smiles, brief reaction shots on his tense but smiling family and employees as the music swells. Pablo: "Soy Pablo." Music climaxes, there are more smiles, and more tears of joy and relief. Pablo: "Take this guy outta here." Guard: "You got it boss."
@olehoncho2 жыл бұрын
I like it, but I'd make an addition to your ending. When Escobar is making his accusations, pointing out the crimes of his underlings and the things he ordered/forced them to do, Branson counters with the humanity of each of the men, the things he learned about them, their real vulnerabilities, hopes, and dreams - and how they could each be something great if Pablo hadn't led them down the darker roads of life.

I agree, and I've seen every single BLR at least 10 times each. But interpreting your comment literally, I'd say the lip reading in this one is one of the worst. The lip/tongue/mouth movements don't match as good as they do in all the other ones; likely because most of the dialogue being lip read is in Spanish.

I think the point is that the actual video editing (not lip-syncing...although I actually think it’s pretty good given its dubbing a different language) is great, changing the entire storyline into this one. Masterful editing in that regard

He calls himself an Musician/band Member on his FB page,and the top result on google says he´s a musician. A guy with the singing voice he has isnt just an Producer behind a mixing table,,i can tell you that much. hes most likely a singer in a band. an extremely versatile and talented one.i wonder who. SOMEONE should be able to recognise his voice from some of his Blr-songs.
