Gonna have to say you messed up watching this one first. This series has so many jokes that are call backs to previous 'episodes'. I think it starts with the clown/joker one, this was one of their later ones. The evolution of Batman and Commissioner Gordon relationship is needed for the joke that he takes his side in the argument.

In fact, the bit about Commissioner Gorgon taking off his glasses and Badman freaking out is kinda referencing the Two-face episode. They're all hilarious. Highly recommend! Harvey Dent... "Batman Can't Stop Thinking About Sex" is my favorite Badman sketch. "Batman Chooses His Voice" is also worth checking out, I think it was the origin of Badman. The Ex-men sketches are really hit-or-miss. Nightcrawler is good, Gambit is my favorite. Pretty much anything he did with Thomas Middleditch is great.
