Badminton backhand net shot - Cross court tutorial

Badminton backhand net shot cross court is a really cool shot. The cross court net shot is a very good variation to use. The net shot in the backhand side, is controlled with the bevel grip, and uses backhand forearm rotation to do the shot. The backhand net shot going cross is very tricky to master, let me try to teach you 2 different versions of the cross court shot.
It can be used close to the net or further back on court, around the deadzone area, a shot I used many times in the mixed doubles back in the days 😀

Hello from Ireland, superb badminton video as always. Not back on court here in N Ireland till the 7th August. It will be also singles play at the bulk of clubs. Have you done any videos on Singles tactics? I was also looking at the new Astrox 100 ZZ but not sure whether a 3U or 4U would be the best option. I play a combination of doubles and singles. The 3U yes is heavier and the 4U lighter correct. Do you know anything about Aluminium strips that can increase the weight of a racquet.
