Ideally should you not hold a neutral grip and change it when an opportunity for a drive shot is evident? It would have been great if you could have shown that transition to the bevel grip even though I realise that this is a practice drill session.

I also use the wrist, i just like to start a bit towards the bevel grip, so when i push the grip rotates towards the thumb generating even more power, try it to see if you like it💪🏻
