Y TW you can do it. I remeber my first. I was 12 and I was really nervous. I went agaisnt the national Champion and Lost. I cried a lot but my coach motivated me. Next 4 tournaments, Lost in first round. But its ok because I learned. 2 years later (now) I am number 6 national and won several tournaments even though I dont win to that player, before i Lost 21-05 and now 21-15 and someday I know I Will beat him

I have my national trials soon and until now I'm known as a so - so player and not tge best I have around three more players that are better than and I don't think I have ever won from them even once but we all train together. This time also my parents are trying to manage my selection in doubles or something but I'm tired of it, I just want to win this time no matter what, I'm tired of getting looked down at, I'm so tired of it all. I have to win time and I'm working very hard to achieve that, I want to prove myself to my parents and myself. I'm trying to have a positive mindset but still get anxious very often.
