It would be very interesting what efforts go into recovery for the horses after a session such as this.

The horses have massage pads & magnetic boots to increase blood flow and promote speedy recovery of any niggles, electrolytes in their food to replenish lost salts through sweating and good stretchy session the next day to keep them supple. But that session wasn’t overly hard work for him, he’s super fit at present and found everything that was asked of him pretty easy that day xx
