I’ve been playing competitive badminton my whole life and these are my absolute fav irl videos! Its nice to see someone with a online audience talk about badminton and give it some attention because its a very misunderstood or underrated sport in my opinion. Great job capturing it on video as well. Love it! If I may, one feedback point bcs I cant help it, lose the pointy finger on your forehand. Takes some time to get used to but you’ll gain a lot or force 💪

It's true - letting yourself feel that something is wrong and being able to identify it, that's important thing. I'm having a rough time right now, often crying and I find myself being depressive. But there's nothing I can do about it. Just let those emotions pass right through. I hope it will get better someday.

I really like what you said about going through what you feel, it should be common sense in my opinion. Too bad more people don't talk about it, I had to discover all that by myself when I was suffering. Glad you brought it up!

Nice stuff as always! Also very good point with the mental health talk; deal with your problems, don't run from them. I've gone through dark times as well, and what you said I can only agree with. Running makes it worse, if anything. Dealing with it is painful, but you have to do it if you want to get to the nicer things. Hope your path to those nicer things is going well, my (parasocial) friend!
