Basic movement exercises

The next ball feeding exercise must start back to the center to increase the distance of movement and the distance between the person and the ball. Pull away. At this time, you will feel that the ball is difficult to catch and hit, and the movement becomes more difficult. But our previous exercises are not in vain. If you know how to do it, you will already know how to racket, turn, and hit the ball. Then you can focus on the grip and footwork changes. 感謝您 能在 公開資訊網路 做羽球教學 您的精神可嘉----但 個人還是建議您 低調點 把您的學習精驗 私下分享給 愛好羽球的球友既可。 羽球 它的基本功 看似簡單 但 不是想像這麼容易入門上手,這也是 羽球著迷之處。 我 也是自主練習 成員之一, 單一個人練球 首先要學 自己如何拋球? 方法大概4種 而這4種方法 我自己測試過 ,最理想與實用方法 ,左手托12球就好 不超過小臂肘窩 ,左手給放球 右手持拍面 ,用手腕手指 不同方向 1米~3米距離 高度 可拋6-7米 ,看自己 想練什麼單項基本功 ,可從 前排 中場 後排 自己去設定練習。 自己練球 租球館絕 不划算 所以 我自己 自做球場 大樓中庭 大樓樓頂 還有公園也可 只要不刮風 下雨 就是您的專屬球場 架網 收網 不會超過5分鐘。 自主練球 個人經驗談---- 最少需4-6年 經驗 也需基本功很好基礎 。為何要自主練球 其原因 是 練出 成功率為目地。

謝謝你的分享,低調點就沒有機會幫到更多的人了,很多人是有機會到11級或是12級,但是就因為一些難的關卡,就一直卡在7級8級,更多人願意自我精進,也就有更多人會精進球技,再去找教練學球的機會也是提升的,對於教學整體市場是在做大市場。動作一直是沒有絕對的,只有時代的問題。社會組本來就要看清,沒有從小學三年級開始練十年,就注定不會有正規生流利的動作了,這是事實,但是我們不用害怕於展現我們的動作,這就是真正的自己。 社會組只有跟教練學回家沒有練的話,進步也是很有限的。所以我出來提醒大家當自己的教練,和跟教練學球應該是不相衝突的事才對。

你最後後退的步法有問題, 這樣後退會身體會先右轉再左轉, 晃來晃去, 正常是一個並步再轉身跨一步擊球, 身體的方向較一致

這是有HDR支援的影片,一般手機都能自動切換,如果你的特別暗,可以考慮在KZbin的設定看一下你暗的格式是什麼,就選成別的格式再試試了,我手上是用iphone是沒有問題的。

其實社會組,大部份在反手時,球點都是很低的。能在低點回球才是真的實用和常用的。

靠得是轉體的力量帶動前手臂出拍嗎?還是轉體的力量就足夠讓球打到後場了?

由內而外,轉體的力量會傳去手臂,當然中間手臂也要做好動力鍊的傳導。最好多多利用轉體的力量,因為還可以方便回重心打下一球增加連慣性。

這也是我在說明時沒有強調一個固定的角度的原因,因為在真實中,你不一定能到最好的位置打球,連拋給自己的球也只是在大約的位置,你能在多高打就看能球能拋的多高,還有架拍能架的多快。角度也和球和你的距離有關系。還不熟練時,先不要打反手背動球,先打反手位身前的球,找出你容易把球能送高又送遠的角度,再慢慢的往後調。擊球時通常是有一點立拍比較好打,也就是拍面比肘高一些。你把影片開0.25倍數,從頭看到0:01, 擊球一瞬間我是拍面比肘高的。

@@lobilly 這裏有一個迷思就是,反手高遠球一定要很高去打嗎,通常社會組就是腳步慢,到位時來的高遠球,也掉的差不多了,有能力在低一點的位置,回高遠球回去才是真的實用的。

你要問的是不太容易吧,用大姆指和食指抓兩根球毛丟。不要單用手的力量, 用點身體上轉的力量去拋

先感謝看的這麼仔細,第二球是比較平沒有錯,第一球和第三球是有往上飛的。協助拍攝的小助手,沒有餵球能力,只能自已拋,如果有足夠高的高球來,一定能有明顯的轉體和上肘的,我在細部拆解也有說明。 為了讓自練的人先把最難練的架拍學好,自拋是一種選擇,當然自拋就是球的高度容易不高,這時間轉體和上肘都只能做一點點就一定要出拍了,所以就不明顯。有越多人會自練就會讓想精進的人變多,再找教練學球的人也才會越多。自練本來就有一些局限性 ,我的場地也是社區的小球場,盡量的用能架的角度去程現了,開拍之前,我也了解,我的動作不是完美,但是我要給社會組的球友看看,什麼是他們也能做到的動作。0:45 有清楚的交代了,超級標準的動作就盡量看世界級的選手。

刚想说同样的问题,还是有懂球的。他这个发力是甩手臂,动作幅度大,没有旋转手臂发力,很难看。如果是对方发球很被动,他自己都打不好。

這是我自已練球的方法分享出來的,我不是科班生,也沒有給科班生長期訓練,每位教練的教法本來就不同,但大類來分有先強調形再練發力,也有先練發力再練形,看想選擇的方向,我是比較喜好先練發力順序再練形

每個教練細節教得不一樣,基本一定八九不離十,影片第一秒的反拍動作,發力都不錯,能自學到這個程度是很不錯的,反拍小秘訣是大拇指的運用

你認真開慢動作看一下看一下吧,是有曲肘再展開,往前把手臂甩出是要幫助身體回位,只是在這動作我要連續打就沒有完全回位。也可以聽一下打到球的聲音集中性。直甩大臂聲音的集中性應該很難這麼集中。
