About the Coach:
Andy Chong has been representing Malaysian badminton since he was 16 years old. In 1983, he was named Malaysian Sportsman of the Year. For over 20 years, Andy won several badminton championships in Asia and throughout the world. He has previously been ranked #1 in the USA in both singles (1991-93) and mixed doubles (1991-2002). Andy's coaching accomplishments are equally impressive. He has been the Club Professional in numerous top clubs throughout the world and has coached the USA National teams for several years. Andy is a USA Badminton High Performance Coach, Consultant and Technical Advisor. He is currently coaching at the Boston Badminton Club and the Maugus Club in Wellesley, MA.

Extremely high tension for strong armed professionals. Amateurs very tough to handle such highly strung instrument . CAP pretty neat and crisp lecture.

Lee was saying about keeping wrist locked for net play (dont move wrist, don't tap) but andy does this? What do you think of "pushing" for net play instead of tap?

deepak singh it’s hard to hit it cleanly if it is spinning apply it when the opponent shoots the shuttle real high or you can do it as he said in the video
