Another great video. 8:53 Greg, I thought you'd mastered the round the back shot last week 😂 Low string tension? Started playing in the early '80's: Aluminium rackets strung at 19lbs. Also useful as a butterfly net.

Unbelievable how training and footwork matters in badminton. Even with tennis rackets and 15 layers of clothes, both Greg and Jennie could beat me 21-3 effortlessly. You guys are incredible to watch, I love watching your videos before a tournament. I learn a lot watching your videos and I improve!

These two are so good they managed to play after wearing ALLLLLL of that and hitting smashes to top it off....mad respect!!....only thing they haven't probably done by now is playing a whole match with the wrong hand (right for the left-handed and vice versa).......I would love to see that video hahaha

Hi I love you videos and I hope you are well I wanted to give a suggestion when I play badminton I cannot controle my power as most of the time I hit it too hard which causes the shuttle to go out and sometimes I hit it too soft, most of the time I stand back and do the smashes because I always hit hard and this can be useful but basically im lacking in control of power so could you please make a video or give me some advice thank you

I used to play with 33/34 lb myself, purely FOR the sound. With plastic shuttles. Luckily, I was also a stringer, so I didn't have to go far when the inevitable happened😁.

Very entertaining. 🤣 The two rackets at 10 and 35lbs got me thinking. What tension do you guys have your rackets strung at?

Very cool vid, interesting to see and a great challenge for you guys. I'd imagine training with warm clothes and for example a weighted vest and/or ankle weights would really up your game over time. I mean if your body gets used to that and can handle it over a longer period then imagine what you can do in a real match.

@@BadmintonInsight Perhaps not a proper match, but at the very least just some footwork training. I really wonder if that's been done before. Training with a lot of extra weight and then of course taking it off in actual matches. You'd think it'd be a world of difference. Light as a feather!

I'd like to see a video like this but you're only allowed to use household items - if you win a point, you have to change the item you use and the other player chooses the item you play with! Great video by the way
