I played vs someone in a wheelchair, i think his name was David at one of my clubs and even though i just had a knock with him he was crazy good and was thinking how is he going just as fast as me whilst in a wheelchair, it was really fun and respect to all those athletes

Video suggestion: Please make a go-to video for steps to deal with shoulder pain (a night after playing badminton). Like what should be immediate steps on experiencing pain, what to do when you go home etc etc I play with plastic shuttles, sometimes in windy surroundings. Sometimes the pain builds up to untolerable levels when I'm at home so I have to take a break of a few days
