I love Lethal Gaming Gear! They are doing big things stocking in the US things that usually take forever to get. And their paracords are THE absolute best. Went from Zowie G-SR (Black) to X-Raypad Equate, to X-Raypad Aqua Control+. Never thought I'd enjoy a faster pad, but this thing is a beast. There's very little initial friction when starting your movement, but stopping is still quite easy once you get used to it (meaning you won't over-flick because the pad is too slippery). This is coming from Immortal 1 in VALORANT, and 4k+ hours in CSGO (Rank G ESEA). I definitely recommend the Equate as a G-SR replacement (it's slightly faster but not by much), and the Aqua Control+ if you want a faster pad while still retaining some stopping power. EDIT: Fyi, the ROB Strata version of the Aqua Control+ adds a little more slipperiness to it given to how they print the graphics on the pad. The black version will retain a little bit more control.

joe arrowsmith it’s definitely a dense pad. It feels just like my MP510 or the Scabbard. It’s a fast glide but the surface allows a fast stop idk how else to explain it. It’s the perfect balance between speed and control

I got the equate plus and aqua control plus (expecting equate plus to be fast and control plus to be slow) and ended up settling on the equate plus because I like the rougher and slower surface. I found the equate plus to be a touch slower and have more feedback when moving the mouse, though hyperglides made the speed difference marginal.

I agree! ZeroGravity is by far the best cloth pad out. PERIOD. I have tons of pads and have used so many different surfaces. I've been using the ZeroGravity for months now. thing still glides like the day I got it (with cleaning the surface of course). Super fast for a cloth pad. consistent x and y glide. the stitching is awesome and overall just super high quality. honestly, I dunno how the heck they did it but I'm not buying any other cloth pad besides the ZeroGravity.

I have the same mousepad. It's actually SLOW. Yes, it offers control but it's not for very fast pace games or players with low DPI. I play PUBG with 800 DPI and it feels slow compared to HyperX speed edition.

Great review, man. Love this pad. You should know regular black version of the Aqua Control+ is a lot slower. The coating they use on the colored Aqua Control+ has the same sort of coating as the Equate+. The black one feels like a slower Hein. Really hope these aren't like the GSRSE and wear out into mud :(

Novelkeys mats for me are basically identical in feel to the glorious soft pads, which itself is slightly faster than a QCK but still fairly slow. Weave is decent though it is directional

got mine through today and i'm loving it so far. i went for the 1000x500 in grey (kinda prefer the look of the blue and orange, but i'd rather have something a bit more neutral to fit with whatever colour scheme i'm using). it's a really nice middle ground, i don't think it's quite as fast as my MP510, but it feels a lot smoother, very nice stitched edge as well probably the nicest i've had yet. only time will tell how well it holds up in the long run, but initial impressions are great.
