Same girl last month my depression came back and now I feel sad and empty I've been dealing with depression since I was 13 and I've been dealing with really bad anxiety my whole life and it got worse when I got into middle school and high school and caused me to become suicidal I thought about killing myself multiple times when I was a teenager and when i was 13 I attempted suicide and when I was 17 I attempted suicide and overdosed on pills because the way I was feeling and because I was so sick of having seizures because I have epilepsy and I have petitmal seizures I've been taking medication for that since I was 7 years old and I had to get on three medications this year when I was 18 because when I was 15 I started having grand mal seizures alot and almost died from them when I was 18 and I had one in February and March and those ones I fell on the bathroom hard wood floor and almost died from a seizure and I had too go to the hospital because I hit my head and I had like 5 bumps on my head and it was bleeding a little bit and I had a big bump on my forehead and my forehead was bleeding really bad and I had a black eye and got a concussion from that seizure I'm 19 now and I'm still here

im just going to post my results here for myself day 1: -my lips look bigger and softer -i look like i lost some face fat -skin looks better -i feel happier -i had two really nice dreams last night, usually i have nightmares (im actually sad that i woke up) day 2: -my family is nicer to me (my stepfather has ptsd and he used to be really mean and negative but now hes happier and more positive) -i am more social -i am more confident -i am more positive like i feel my depression going away day 3: im suddenly really good at having conversations with people and being social and this cant be a coincidence because i have been dealing with social anxiety for the past 7 years but i feel really confident and happy. also i look prettier and people stare at me a lot. boys try to flirt with me but im not really interested in dating right now. also a boy ive been talking to since february asked me on a date. i also got a little better at singing. this subliminal works really fast. like u wont notice results right away but when they come youre like amazed by how much this subliminal changes ur life in just a few days. ive also been seeing 111 a lot which means your life is changing and getting new opportunities. day 4: ive noticed that people treat me nice all the time now, usually people tend to walk over me or push me around but everybody is so nice and respectful. ive been feeling happier also and i look better in my opinion. day 5: i just noticed that my face is so much skinnier and my jawline is more visible. day 6: lmao its so hard to stick to one subliminal but im really forcing myself because i always keep changing subliminals but u dont get results that way. anyway, ive been getting money back into my account for things that i paid for. spotify paid me back my €10 for no reason and i got money back from paypal. really weird. um...what else... oh right ive been getting more followers on instagram. also my little cousin is visiting me this week and he's going to stay for a few weeks. so my family is definitely bonding more. im going to take a break from this sub for a while bc i want to try an angel skull sub xxx day 7: i woke up and went downstairs and my dog pooped in front of the door and i literally dodged it. omg. like it was so close to the door that the chance was like 99% i wouldve stepped on it but i didnt. + im so happy that i started using this again bc my mom just told me that my brother is coming to visit tomorrow and i havent seen him in a year 😊 day 8: unfortunately my brother canceled but thats okay. ive been getting more motivation to workout and i have been running on my treadmill and ive burned 200 cal so far in like 2hours and i want to burn 1000 cal today edit: my brother came to visit as a surprise :3 ive been taking a short break from this subliminal but i think it really gave me some results because i think i found my soulmate. we've been talkin for a few months but yesterday he asked me to go out and we got a milkshake and we drove around in his car all night. we talked and it just felt right.

okay i had to say it somewhere because it's the best thing that happened to me today. for 1 year now, i've (sometimes) been attending kpop drop-in classes. today we learned itzy's wannabe beat drop/dance break. after the class, the dance instructor always picks 4 people to dance + shoot with her (to upload it on the media). she picks people who executed it the best. And today, after one whole year, she picked me for the first time!!
