Just to give context to this song, UN Village is a high end area, considered elite, luxury living community located between the Han River and the Nam Mountains giving the district the name Hannam. A lot of A-class celebrities and elite live there in a very posh community. It is also said, to have great Feng ,because every home has, a great view of the river in front, while the mountains are to the back. At some points in the song it seems Baekhon is singing from 2 perspectives. One as a villager singing to another perspective villager, then at points it seems to transition to perhaps he's singing to the river or the mountains or perhaps them singing to each other. Being as the river and the mountains seem to be naturally cohesive neighbors. Unfortunately, Baekhon did not have any hand in the production of this album. The lyrics are by LIØN and the arrangement is by dress. I'm really hoping that DKDKTV will do a EXPLAINED on this really breaking down any other cultural context to this song, as well. You should really watch them to understand a lot context tho a lot current of popular videos, from Korea.

UN Village is kind of a bougee apartment in seoul where lot of celebrities live in. The actual emphasis in the lyrics is not on the apartment but on the 'hill' near it.(Which is the singer's 'special spot' that he wants to introduce to his beloved one and gaze at the moon together)
