Bafa Wubu of Tai Chi (Eight Methods and Five Steps)
A fitness routine that was developed in accordance with the appeal
of the General Administration of Sport of China. This video shows front and back views of the 16 postures in sequence and the english names of the 8 methods and the 5 steps with the common Chinese Pinyin expression for each of these movements in brackets. Bafa Wubu of Tai Chi is characterized by lower energy consumption than the 24 form simplified Tai Chi.
