I totally agree. I remember being 5 yrs old when I first seen a Jackie Chan movie(The Big Brawl). I've been a true fan of his work ever since. He's the epitome of leadership and determination. When Hollywood turned their back on him the first time he went back home and made such a huge impact that Hollywood couldn't help but realize the huge mistake they made. Much love and respect Mr. Chan. Hopefully one day I can meet one of my favorite all-time actors and martial artists.

Jackie Chan never had that much creative freedom in Hollywood, and his style of action was watered down in America. To really appreciate his greatness, you have to watch his old Hong Kong films from the 1980s and 90s. On top of that, his imagination for choreography is second to none. That ladder fight scene he did in FIRST STRIKE was ruthless!

I remember seeing Jackie Chan in "the Big Brawl" that was the first movie I saw him in and have been watching his movies since. What I like best about Jackie's "Chop Saki" movies is they are done with humor which is the hallmark of Jackie Chan. I have never heard of anything bad concerning Jackie Chan which nowadays is a rarity. He is fun to watch and always makes my wife and I laugh when re-watching his movies. He is not only a talented man and exceptional at his craft but he has become part of our list of favorite actors like John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara. I am so glad to see him being recognised finally after all these years of entertaining the world!

I've been grown up watching chinese martial arts movies of jet li,Bruce lee,donnie yen and ofcourse Jackie chan.still today I remember when we dont have digital dish tv in our homes or any cables,my uncle use to bring CDs of chinese movies.and we all the children in our home we used to watch em.after watching the movie we used to have fight for fun.i got lots of inspiration from Jackie chan since childhood,I wish I could visit china one day to meet jackie chan.that is one of my biggest dream I want to fulfill.still now,am 20 and I watch his movies and I've never got tired watching his movie.
