Bag Making Challenge - Can I make a Bag in 15 Minutes?

In this weeks video I wanted to try and improve my bag making skills and also challenge myself.
So this week I wanted to see if I could make a bag in 15 minutes… You’ll have to watch to see if I made it in time... Spoiler (I didn't) 😂😂😂
But just a 15 minute bag isn’t enough, lets see what I can make with 1 hour and for my 3rd bag, unlimited time.
My 7 month old puppy Rocket also makes an appearance ❤️❤️❤️
Measurements
Bag 1:
Main Bag = 12" x 36"
Handles = 2 x 8" x 3"
Bag 2:
Main Bag = 15" x 36"
Pocket = 5 ½" x 4" (I would next time cut the pocket at 5 ½" x 5")
Handles = 2 x 8" x 3"
Bag 3:
Main Bag: 15" x 21"
Lining: 15" x 21"
Handles: 3 x 1 ½" strips (cut to size as per video instructions)
Pocket: 10 ½" x 4 ½"

That was so fun! I think it would take me an hour just to figure out how to string my machine (true story)! I typically buckle under time limits so this would scare me lol!

I thought I had it in the bag to be honest, so the last 5 minutes were scary lol!! My face cam stopped recording right before time ran out and I didn’t realise. It would have been so funny to see my face. I was very flustered hahaha

Beautiful fabrics. Loved all 3 bags. My favorite is the last one because of the the steadiness the liner provided.

I keep going back and forth but I think I agree. The base of the 3rd bag is fantastic. I think next time I will leave off the D rings and just go with the handles I made on the first 2. Then of course I’ll add some bag batting 😃 thanks so much for watching and commenting! 😘❤️❤️🥰

Dianne57 M. It’s really fun. There is another way you can do it that’s has the fold show on the outside of the bag. It looks really cute too, maybe I need to do a video on that one as well hehehe
