The chain is removable, turn the chain to the open and pull the leather loop through the opening in the chain!

You are supposed to connect one side of the cabin to the other side and use the chain as a smaller handle,that why only one of the sides come off.😊

Unhook one side of the chain, then hook it to the other side of the chain ...Now you can wear it around your wrist/arm and the bag will hang down to the side

Me too! I just got two of them today. My chains are crazy heavy. Other than the chain being a bit too yellowy, I LOVE it. I only wish I had bought the black and rust colored ones too. I much prefer paying $80 for two bags than almost $4000 for one😄

I guess the chain must hurt your shoulders. Why would they even make the chain strap so chunky. Smooth leather scratch easily. They need to redesign this bag. Not functional!

I don’t understand the concept behind the super heavy chain. It’s ridiculous! Also, when you wear this on a T-shirt or top, does the chain dig into your shoulders? Does it hurt? This bag was poorly made.i wouldn’t spend that kind of money on this particular bag.
