Bagged Mini Truck Build #62

We are working on the Mazda ! There's not a ton of progress in this weekends video, but progress nonetheless! We are working on getting the truck closer to eventually painting it hopefully by the beginning of the year. This week, we are tackling installing the roll pan on the bed all the way. Along with filling the gap in the rear from body dropping the bed. I appreciate yall watching. Hopefully, you'll subscribe and stop back by next Sunday. New videos every Sunday!

Good morning Crawford I suggest doing the hinge panel with magnet to hold it up in place so flop around so this way you can open it up and service your compressors as need be Elsa. You can also make a little cubby in there to provide secure storage. Mazda is looking awesome.❤🤔🙂👍🏽🤙🏽

Dont forget to run jump posts to the end of the bed so when its aired out and your battery is dead cause you aint drove it for 3 day lol you can hide them with the tail gate

The bulkheads i put in the back of the cab wall actually make a pretty good place to jump the truck. You just have to flip the seat forward to get to them.

You could bead roll your logo into a removable pan for that section on your bed.

Hey Crawford, when you went to back the truck into the show it sounded like you front driver side wheel bearing might be bad from the sound it made

That's a combination of the clutch pedal return spring and the tail pipe touching the roll pan because it was hanging down lol. My buddy give me a spare return spring and it makes terrible noises.

I found the opposite. The copper Upol worked WAY better for me than the zinc. Does it make a difference if you're using MIG or TIG?

I've never attempted to use weld through with a tig. My main dislike from the police copper was everything in the garage gets covered in that fine glitter that comes out of the can.

@@Virginiaisforlowriders When I used tthe zinc stuff, I had to scrape some of it off so my MIG would strike an arc. The copper didn'tt do that. I usually do work outside so it wasn't getting all over everything.
