Saw this method on another video and I tried it on my relaxed hair and saw improvements to my ends after just one try. I now do this twice a week and my hair looks soooo much better.

I do this method when I prepoo my hair the day before washday. I see big difference cause I leave it on for as long as I can. Usually wash my hair in the evening.

If you use the Curly Chemist's suggested and proved method of PMP, and use coco oil or murumuru, babassu oils BEFORE you wet your hair (especially before wash day) or use a ton of moisturizer, you protect your by penetrating the shaft with small molecules of those carrier oils to shield it from the inside from hydrolyzation. I know I misspelled stuff but following AngieBee and the before mentioned CC, my hair is for real thriving and slowly bouncing back from high porosity in the front. My niece's hair won't stop getting thicker (she's 9) and growing lol

Single strand knots are driving me insane. They are forming mostly at the mid shaft of hair. Can you recommend any remedies to reduce them

I am doing twist hair challenge right now. If your ends needs trimming, please do so. After getting my hair trimmed, I put my hair in mini twist for a week. The day before washday I finger detangle with a herbal oil mix. Put my hair into 6 braids. I cover my hair overnight with a shower cap under my satin bonnet. I leave it on for as long as I can. Usually wash my hair in the evening. After taking off the shower cap, my hair look and feel moisturized. You will see water cause your head has been covered for several hours. Oh if you finger detangle before washday you don't have to do it again. It saves time and energy.

I did this and it gave me inch plus long split ends. My hair was past strap length and I had to cut and inch and a half off despite maintaining trims. I feel like having half my hair drenched and the rest dry caused weak points which caused horrible breakage.

How often did you do the baggy method? Some just do it 1 day out the week. You may have done it to frequently and gave your ends a moisture overload.

Hi, ummmmm hair grows slower while you are asleep then when you are awake by your heart rate slows down. Good talk. Dumb idea.

Google sleep for hair growth and what melatonin effects on hair. Please educate yourself before you leave such rude comments. Thanks for watching though.

Its not about your hair growing its mainly focusing on how to not have dry end and how to retain length preventing it to break of ......good try. Dumb thinking

@@philisiwekhuzwayo5698 i agree. As I’m reading this I’m putting some Blue Magic Originals Super Sure Gro on my braids right now. I’ll let it melt throughout my braids and then I’ll put a clear plastic cap on to creat the greenhouse effect. My hair will stay moist for days. When i leave the house I’ll put a wig cap over the plastic cap , put my wig on and that’s it.
