Beautiful new apartment!!! 🥂 And that pretty park is SO close. Good luck with your adventures in air-conditioning! 🍀 (I’ve embraced my American wimpy-ness about sweltering heat. No more shame in the game. 🥵) Wow, even your old place was roomier than I expected for Japan! Okay - next time I move I need to pay someone to deal with it! And I ALWAYS get sentimental moving. 🤷‍♀️ We’ll all miss the Pauses for Planes! Or not. 😂 Some traffic noise will be so much easier!

Cheers for watching, Andrea! Just like in the US, there are NYC apt sizes and prices (Tokyo), and there are apt sizes with lower prices in the smaller towns and coties. The same sized place i now live in in Tokyo would probably cost 3-5 times more, depending in the neighbourhood and building quality. I paid more for a place 1/3 the size next to some train tracks back in my big mikan days. ;)
