Cheesecake Cube
If you are a cheesecake lover you will surely love this recipe. This is a unique way to eat cheesecake. The good news is it is very easy to make. It is just like making a regular cheesecake but cut into cubes. You can make this cheesecake in any flavor you like. Wrap it in a fancy or simple package and you can sell it like pancakes.
ingredients:
450g cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
370ml all purpose cream
2 tbsp all purpose flour
Oreo flavor:
1 1/2 cups oreo, crushed
1/4 cup extra crushed oreo for filling(optional)
3 tbsp margarine, melted
Strawberry flavor:
1/3 cup strawberry filling
1/4 tsp red food color
1 cup graham crackers, crushed
2 tbsp margarine, melted
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder(optional)
