I'll admit, I don't like the stray too far from your basic crochet stitches or some of the more easier popular stitches. After watching this tutorial, I see that is just as easy as some of the other patterns out there. I've seen this so many times on bulbs during Christmas. I never even bothered to watch any tutorial on it because I had convinced myself it was going to be too complicated for me. Boy was I wrong! I already have my brain working about what I'm going to make with this stitch. I'm thinking go bigger! My mother-in-law has a beautiful park lamp that you put outside at Christmas time. I think I'll grab some kick balls from the dollar store, and make a hanging bulb with lots of foliage and a beautiful bow. I should start now, lol. It's never too early to make Christmas items! 🎄🎀
