LOL People say so many bad things about Wushu, but I think that most of us would rip our bodies in half trying to move like she can, and at that speed! That deserves a lot of respect and props! Besides, they train as hard as most MMA people, just differently, And they have AMAZING workout areas like she does there!

Avatar banding movement did inspired by real martial arts... aang is bagua zhang, water bending is tai chi quan while fire is xing yi quan ( he bei style )

Its a beautiful style looks like Yang or Sun. Bagua , I am not an expert though.

it is a wushu competition set, but there aren't any standardized/compulsory wushu competition forms for bagua. they're all individual.

Actually I think this is Fu Style Old Eight Palms, not Cheng. I could be wrong.... There are so many ways of performing with individual variations. Nice, though.

Its toughly a wushu-ized ceng style. The deep bends and waist twists are cheng. Yin is more about hitting and arhatstyle kicking and punching at the end of the entrances

There is no "Chen" style Baguazhang that I know of. It is "Cheng" style, the man's name was "Cheng Ting-Hua" not "Chen Ting-Hua."
