Friends, today I am sharing Kothmir Dry Samosa Recipe. Samosa is popular Indian food Item and dry samosa is one of the variation to traditional samosa. I used Kothmir (Coriander) and few other spices to make these dry samosa. These samosa can be stored in air tight jar at room temperature for 15 days. I hope you would love this recipe to try at home.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Wheat Flour, गेहूं का आटा
½ cup All Purpose Flour, मैदा
½ tsp Chilli Flakes, चिली फ्लेक्स
½ tsp Ajwain, अजवाइन
¾ tsp Salt, नमक
1 tsp Oil, तेल
½ cup warm Water, हल्का गर्म पानी
100 grams Coriander, धनिया
¾ cup dry Coconut, सुखा नारियल
1 tsp White Sesame, सफ़ेद तिल
¾ tsp Dry Coriander, सुखा धनिया
½ tsp Saunf Powder, सौंफ पावडर
2 tsp paste of Green Chilies, Ginger
२ चम्मच पेस्ट - हरी मिर्च और अदरक की
¾ tsp Salt, नमक
½ tsp Red Chilli, लाल मिर्च
¼ tsp Turmeric, हल्दी
¼ tsp Garam Masala, गरम मसाला
Half Lemon, निम्बू
1 tsp Sugar, चीनी
Water, पानी
