Enjoyed your video! Looks like Grand has built up some since 2005 when we were there last including the marina. Next time hop over to Double Breasted Cays. they are amazing! Don't know when we'll ever get back. Hurricane Francis did quite a bit of damage to our Catalina 34 and we had her shipped back to the NW for repairs and that's where we cruise. Miss the snorkeling and warm water, but sure don't miss the storms. Enjoy.

Nicely done. I enjoyed the trip over a cup of coffee. Looked to be a smooth crossing. Which was was the wind blowing? Cay is pronounced Key. See you down the sea and thanks for sharing your adventure. FantaSea Sailing.

Nice video. Have never been to the Bahamas but live in Jacksonville. How long did it take to sail from W.Palm to Grand Key? For a person who has never been there and have no connects how do you arrange for a slip? If you cant get a slip can you moor on the hook? I've heard Grand Key is very friendly. Do you ever have to worry about your tender when left. Is there power in any of the slips. How much to dock?

What a beautiful trip and video. I'm sooooo jealous!!! I live here in the West Coast in the San Francisco Bay, water is too rough to go far distance. FL is nice and so close to the bahamas....I love it there. Thanks for the upload.

Sorry for late reply.. Did not see question about editor. I used Corel VideoStudio Pro. It's an excellent easy to use editor that has some extra power if you need/want it. Very cost effective also. There is a link to it from Amazon in the video description. Thanks for watching.

While it is true I prefer sails for sailing, I recognize it's a preference. Why condemn motorsailers unless we also condemn trawler sailors or motorboat fishermen? Never bought anything that crossed the world on a container ship? World too far gone to save with a few sails, I think; though I have that fantasy, I recognize it as such. It's nice that you got to see the Bahamas.
