How do you get the tier 5 yellow material?

By luck, sometimes it can turn from 4star to 5star when u upgrade materia, sometimes you can craft orange from the start

Yeah. Getting 5* materia is just getting lucky as it has a low chance to drop. And like grimmreaper said, sometimes materia upgrade can happen too. I've been very unlucky with these upgrade and got only one in like 6 months.

Do you think Angeal can be used instead of Nanaki?

Hm. If you have Aerith with Kamura for high mdef, sure. Could use Angeal with his weapon providing pdef+patk and diamond sigil Kuja. But you may need higher mdef because it can do only mid matk debuff - or his Veil LB could lessen the damage. Only issue I potentially see is Ifrit buffing his attack mid-battle and his Crimson Dive. Veil LB could lessen the damage but I'm not 100% sure. Also Aerith would be only healer, so she'd need to have some monster heals. Theoretically it might work, but I'm not 100% sure.
