Never ever the judge listens, he should listen to the lawyers as well. Questions and answer cannot be unidirectional.

court is not the place you go for therapy or emotional support. Either your arguments are based on merit/logit or they are not. Judges are there to make sure our constitutional rights are intact, not for group discussion

@@justavnii2318 Probably the judge and some people drunk in their supreme ego needs to look around and would be surprised to see that there are some handful examples within their same fraternity from whom they can learn the real essence of education that is also reflected through behaviour.

@@ZC-or1vk I will suggest again that you watch more court proceedings. Maybe after some time, you can draw the distinction between the nature of our justice system and your prejudice of it. This prejudice may or may not come from watching random, out-of-context proceedings solely for entertainment purposes, without understanding the underlying motive or meaning of certain questions and arguments (understandable for non-law folks). I can assure you that there is no concept of ego in a court verdict because the only gospel is our constitution and subsequent laws in our justice system. That being said, the mode of conduction is different for everyone. For example, some judges will appear to be humorous, but some might not. However, that ultimately has nothing to do with the dismissal or adjournment of your case because that stays intact with your case filing and merit. Ultimately, one needs an active prefrontal cortex to realize that we seek any court for effectiveness when our rights are being infringed, to uplift our constitution. However, one may prefer drama TV shows if the primary concern is an eloquent to-and-fro family discussion.

Bhai khoon ke pyase hona ek muhavra hai. Uska matlab hota hau dusman ban jana. Or vahi ho raha hai bhai fight ker rahe hai court mai. He is a wonderful judge. Kitna acha judgement diya hai unhone or apna dukh bhi bta rahe hai ki bhai bhai fight ker rahe hai or us late insaan ke bhi dukh jata rahe hai.

Ooo murkh insaan Hell god. Yr haad hai, insaan ko tum pandit samjhoge ager vo bat tameej hai. Ye tera level hai samjhne ka. Anpard hai kya tum. Es lawyer ne dheerendra shastri ke kheelaf case lada tha ki usko samagam nahi karna chaye. Video youtube pe hai. Ja ke dekh le.

@@mukeshsharma-ct3gw tum khud pandit ho apni bhasha shailli deakh lo. Or tum se mujhe koi certificate nahi chahiye, jab tumhare purkhe " Surya ko muh main rakhwa chuke hain" or tum log ese such mante ho to moorkh kon hai mujhe batane ki koi avshakta nahi hai pandit mahodya.

@@HellGOD-ze6jj Tum itne murakh ho ki jiskii koi haad nahi hai. Tum dusro ko certificate de rahe ho tamej ka or muje bol rahe ho tum se nahi lena. Mai apne gher mai baith ke kuch bhi manta hu tere ko kya dikat hai. Kam se kam logo ko uske jaati se judge to nahi ker raha hu. Tum to anpard ho baher nikal ke educated bande ke pass jao or apna comment dikhao to pata lag jayega ki kitne bade murkh or nafrat se bhare pade ho. Mai jaat paat ko nahi manta but tu manta hai or manta rah kyuki tu murkh hai ko nafrat ke kuye ka maindak hai. Tu laga rah or ese soch ko pall ke rakh bhut tarakee karega but neche ki taraf.
