Actually many advocates keep beating around the bush whereas the judge is very Mathematical - he comes directly to the point. IN fact, he tries to use the best of time he has. We need judges like him otherwise, we know what is happening - cases and cases piling up without judgments getting passed. He is one of the best judges in India, as it seems to many people. Very clear, precise, to the point and guiding even if strictly. Further many people don't understand the legal language. How English is used is very mathematical in nature in legal. A single word here and there and the whole context changes - that is what is happening here.

Judge is right. He has experience to handle cases. No wastage of time.

Agar withdraw na karti to dismiss ho jata and then trial court me prosecution inke defence ko challange krta ki high court dismissed this defence and trial court ko bhi maan na padta.

Judge knew that the accused persons entered the college with the intention of criminal offence... That's is why judge rejected to abolish 452 from the case.

Legal entry is always legal. No stress pass but he commit crime then IPC section is Accordingly as per crime.

He is a High Court justice. High Court can’t conduct a trial. What high court can do is, only look into matter where gross injustice occurred or procedure not followed. He just tells them that all your points should be with the trail court instead of here. If advocates keep arguing the merits of the case he will have to tell them to stop.

Jolly llb movie mei vo dialogue hei na judge ka.. humare pass jab case first day aata hei tab hi samajh aa jata hei ki kaun culprit hei..yaha bhi vahi hei . Judge ko pata hei ki advocate kya argument dena chahta hei and he wants to cut the crap argument to utilise time what they have.. and finalize the case talking to the point..

The judge is not willing to listen at all! He is not allowing the lawyer even to complete a single sentence. He needs no lawyer in front of him.

Bhai pass ese nhi banta uspe sign hote hai wo b ese nhi krta koi , verification hoti hai HOD k sign hote hai ,aur paas ek time period k baad expire b ho jata hai 😂

That is not the point .For that particular section they were arguing abt , there is a second part of that section which states that if the person stays at a place with an intent to intimidate even though his entry was legal can be considered under that section.

College mei entry legal hei ya nahi..thats not been discussed.. entry with criminal intention and weapon is illegal.. thats been discussed.. when judge was explaining law.. that advocate was smiling ..jab judge nei kaha ki yaha se bachoge to us dhara mei fas jayega aur usme bahut bura fasega.. jis tarah se advocate nei smile kita.. usse clear ho gaya ki judge sahab thik bol rahe hei

Ye judge over confidence mein rehta hai kisiko sunta he nahin. Aur yahan galat hai. Ye normal hai sab ko doosare section mein jana allowed hota hai jab tak mana na a kiya jai. Tresspass toh nahin banta. Ye judge bane rehne layak nahin.

If you have knowledge tell which law prohibits photo at a public place. I regularly visit courts and tribunals I know how judges decide. This judge has knowledge but misuses his position to speak uncontrollably.
