W e need few SaiDeepaks to make our constitution a piece of document which embraces all aspects of Indian society as it has evolved over time immemorial! When 95% of India did not know what the constitution contained by middle of 20th century, how it can be imposed as sacrosanct on all Indians without word by word scrutiny of what it means to the majority population of Indian democracy! Is it the rule of muslims which can not be questioned!!!!!

I am feeling proud as an Indian after seeing the way of putting an argument as many ways as it may possible. This gives us the confidence, that we have a lot of talent to make a pool of expert professionals, who can make ideal laws. The parliament should have the right to except or reject a particular law in complete without any trimming. So that the law cannot be distorted or twisted as per individual requirements. The complete law can be removed or replaced as per the time and situation.

Never seen such level of arguments in the supreme court. What an amazing person, lawyer, & of intellect is Shri J. Sai Deepak. Hats off to you sir. When a judge says, he doesn't want to be taught, that is a real problem isn't it? How come the Judge becomes all knowing? He/She must have some humbleness to be a continuous learner. What an intellectual place supreme court is, where the panel of judges clearly listens to the argument keeping aside their personal biases and a well read scholar like J sai deepak argues for the national interest, An immpecable place to exchange information. More such arguments should be uploaded on the internet, this shows the beauty of indian judiciary and democratic system, where one person listens to other and counter their argument wherever it violates the constitution. In my POV both CJI chandrachud and J sai deepak are intellectuals, they both know how to respect each other, what is meaning to hold their positions in judiciary. SUCH a CJI and LAWYERS are need to maintain the healthy state of indian democracy. I'm proud of my country so does its legislative, administrative and judicial instituions.

Why we still call judges ‘my lord’. Call them ‘Mr/Ms judge’ or ‘justice’. I hate that India is still following ghulami era jargons. Reeks of Ghulami.

@@souventudubanned Yeah. If 'my lord' is issue then using English is an issue. Why we still using English? Using their language and criticizing their way of calling to Judge is Hypocrisy.

What Sai Deepak raises the fine deep sociological nounces intimately intertwined in front of the SC judges and chanelized the judges to concentrate on the judicial sphere so that it does not create a amberrassing precedence !! Great, in fact most of the judges fail to grasp the deeper nounces opened up by Sai Deepak and so his speech is a subject of discussion and research in Juridical universities !!!
