Same situation here in Rawalpindi bahria phase 8 , the bahria staff do not deal residents with respect .quality of maintenance and cleanliness is now on decline. 1122 and police has no direct access for residents.electricity charges are heavy. Public transport is not allowed here so we have to get taxi in case of any problem. Now load shedding is also seen here.

Accordingly, BTK management is taking pre-steps in the rate increase to make an allowance for any any further rate increase on the utilities by the government of Pakistan. What BTK management should do is to build solar Park to provide cheap electricity, but the problem is the potential new taxes by the government of Pakistan. In Pakistan, the army and the government is corrupt so nothing will work there. In the west, the politicians are not corrupt but they are helpless in front of corporate giants, since this world is not being ruled by politicians but by the corporate giants

Solar Park..... Bro Bahria Town Karachi is producing 70% of its electricity needs through the Solar Panels system and selling it to its residents @ Rs 66 per unit for Residential Category and Rs 130 per unit for Commercial Category.
