I live in USA. If we want to cut a tree in our yard, we have to submit an application to convince the agriculture department. The department make an enquiry before granting permission. Only Barren land could be used for construction. This is the job of land management department to stop housing schemes on agricultural lands. Few years back there were wheat and sugar cane fields (pati) on warsak road, GT , motorways and ring road, but today only, housing schemes and marble factories.

This project will be fastest success of Bahria town. Because Peshawar City is very polluted and congested Hayat Abad not like 30 years before Hayatabad. So the people have no choice so the buy in Lahore and Islamabad. If Bahria comes to KPK market. It will give the entire property market a new boom and new hippie. Thank you Sir for your guidance. Being an overseas and affected by Bahria sport city in Karachi I will request everyone for not exciting too much. Real estate Mafia get benefit. Ver less people enjoying Bahria project. Most of people ( general public) are in loss. Life in Bahria is very expensive. Also for general public getting profit for investment seems very difficult due bad plots locations to general public, they gave good locations to the approved agents. Again general public goes to mafia hand...shortly bahria town not recommended so much and shall not be so excited.

@@mikeshah8884 I will suggest you book one Kanal plot in Peshawar Bahria town but keeping in mind long term, I got very bad plot location in Sport city by doing booking at intiatal stage. The only risk can be not getting good location in balloting. Good option can wait till balloting done and buy good location plot by paying own amount..Don't be excited too much..Agent mafia is trying to create over excitement to get benefit..If you visit Bahria town karachi only good map is issued, on the ground it will take more minimun 50 years to develop. ..after p41 there is nothing at all only desert and mountain 0% development but every body is required to pay on time...no body can do anything just paying otherwise surcharges will there....

Like they promised to give possession by 2014 . We bought on monthly instalments from 2008-2012. That time 1 dollar was equivalent to 70 PKR... The price is still the same today and they didn’t keep the word. No possession till yet...

What is the guarantee Bahria Town will hand over the plots on developed land within 4 years? I invested in a 10 Marla plot in Bahria Town Phase 8 Extension Rawalpindi back in 2012-13. The plot was to be handed over 3 years ago but there is no possibility of that happening soon as the area is still to be developed. Bahria Town took our hard earned money and invested it in developing BT Karachi. This BT Peshawar plan seems to be another ploy to gather funds and employ these for whatever purposes BT has in mind. Hand over the plots of land in Rawalpindi and Islamabad people have already paid for and are waiting for since the last 8 years. Stop fooling the people!

I am also suffering from phase 8 extension. no one gives clarity. all real estate agents are liers, decievers, cheaters. I no more trust pakistanis now. Suffered several times. 1) Chapal builders in Ajman 2) Bahria Town Phase 9/8extension 3) business with a faisalabadi mechanic. All looted. The only satisfaction is when u have ur money with you and u benefit from it yourself.

Please be careful to invest in bahira town. I have paid my all installment in bahira orchard Rawalpindi but after 3 years no development made by bahira. Secondly Nawab shah forms sale on 35000 for 5 M, but when price announced by bahira it was higher than Bahira enclave islamabad. Total frauds.

These property dealers are touts of Malik Riaz. Stay away from investing in Bahria. I invested in Bahria Town Rawalpindi back in 2013 and they have not even started construction on that project. Bahria is a money trap. They will promise to deliver in 2-3 years and the project will never complete. It was my biggest mistake in life. Pakistani institutions can only deliver justice to powerful. No one will help you. Invest elsewhere, where you can get possession from day one.

After an enormous failure in Bahria Phase 8 extension Rawalpindi, Awami Villas , Bahria Enclave Islamabad, Bahria Town Karachi etc. Bahira is going to launch a scam scheme for already depressed citizens of Pakistan in Peshawar to grab their hard earned money. If anyone wants to increase their depression and have extra money to donate to Bahria town then please invest. If you are dreaming to build house in Bahria Peshawar then your dreams will be shattered. Invest should be prohibited for those in 40s as they would not be able to see their property at least in their lives. However, this is good news for the estate agents who can make lots of money in this scam project. Apologies to those who do not agree.
