Damn bro! This angers me so much for some reason. Hmm. The most educated state in India and this is how officials behave when confronted with a serious question - literally playing hide and seek. Even for the smallest thing people have to struggle. I really wish such videos of yours are viewed like your bigboss videos. But again how can we blame just the officials, the people are also not even interested in such issues. And this is so important because its got directly to do with the education of our future citizens. Our kids are our future.! Not giving ST concession is equivalent to not letting a student study and educate himself/herself.
