The BJ80 is a mid-size four-wheel-drive luxury SUV by BAIC Motor was launched in 2016 in china. It is production for last 8 years .The BJ80 debuted in April 2012 at the Beijing Auto Show as a concept vehicle.
The BJ80 is deployed in PLA ( Chinese Army) for various roles. Deliveries of the military-based SUV were reported to have started in early 2016 . Military variants of the SUV are equipped with 2.8 liter four-cylinder diesel engine, having 160 hp and 360 nm. They're equipped with BeiDou Navigation Satellite System as a standard feature.
In 2017, the BJ80 appeared in the 90th anniversary of the People's Liberation Army to serve as Chinese President Xi Jinping's vehicle for general inspection.
