Looks delicious, d only thing I would do differently is roast the onions ah little bit before putting it in d baigan. I find that when you roast onions it adds another level of sweetness to you food

That's understandable but mom likes her onion raw 🤷‍♂️ but I get what you're saying and it's also true because when onion is fried or roast it really does gives a sweet flavor

Auntie shanty you cook just like my mom my mom used to make the same stuff just the way you make it ... All the things you make but now she passed so if I forgot what she taught me thanks to you..
