We've been to their Brampton locations after seeing so many positive reviews, and taste was really disappointing.

Hyderabadi biryani is not as good as Karachi or Bombay biriani. I don't know what is so fuss about it.

Karachi Biyani is really tasty love it! But there are different flavors in the world some like Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Some like Bombay Biryani, Some like Lahori and then again some just say that Asli Biryani agar koi hai to bus woh hai Karachi Biryani :) We explore flavors and present them here on in2spices for our global audience - if you prefer Karachi style biryani then check out our other episodes and if you have a particular Biryani restaurant you like let us know - we will try to feature them next on in2spices. Hyderabadi biryani is an authentic Nawabi traditional biryani originated in Hyderabad. Same with Haleem, another Hyderabadi dish. And Hyderabadi biryani is strictly cooked using 'dum' technique. The meat after undergoing 'dum' treatment just falls off the bone. This is uniquely different with fresh spices and the signature Basmati rice. As someone who tasted biryanis all over. I won't really compare cuisines. Karachi biryani has a slightly different way of preparing. Same with Bombay biryani which most people especially from Hyderabad would consider a pulav. But Hyderabadi biryani stands out and by far the tastiest. If you ever visit Hyderabad, India. Try Paradise or Shah Ghouse or Alpha for authentic taste. Get mind blown!! Cheers!

Have you tried Sufiyani Biryani I fell in love with it but not many places here are offering it and even Baigs Grill only does it on order basis it’s YUMMY!!
