What this machine needs is some sort of needle measurement indicator on how far down you got the wheels cranked so that you can reproduce the same parts without any guesswork. LIke the Profile bending machine Leonardo.

Thanks for the video. If you are trying to make the exact same piece rolled at the same radius, how do you know how far to ratchet down the top roll?

I want to know how to place the space between the two pebbles at the bottom. For example: the iron pipe is 30*30, its circle is 550 in diameter. What is the distance that I will put between the two b bottom pebbles? Thanks

So how does one stop the metal sections from twisting as they bend? I've used these type of machines several times over the years (including baileigh) and the material always seems to skew off in 1 direction, so you get a helix rather than circle. It not much of an issue to fix, just not ideal. I would quite like to know where I'm going wrong.
