Új design, egyszerűbb kezelhetőség.
Különböző zártszelvények és csövek hengerítésére.
A gép termelékenységét biztosítja az egyszerű, könnyed kezelhetőség, a kisfeszültségű pedálos távkapcsoló, a széles paraméterek közötti állítási lehetőség.
A kívánt átmérő egy kézikar segítségével állítható, a felső és alsó hengerek közötti távolság módosításával.
Mindhárom alakító görgő hajtással rendelkezik.
A gép alapfelszereltsége tartalmaz 1 garnitúra variálható, több különböző profil megmunkálására alkalmas alakító görgőt (lásd terhelhetőségi táblázat).
Opcionálisan legyártunk bármilyen egyedi igény szerinti alakító görgőt is.

New design, easier handling, cost effective!
Welded steel construction.
It is suited to roll closed profiles and tubes with it.
The simple, easy handling, the low-tension remote pedal switch and the adjusting possibility between wide parameters assure the productivity of the machine.
The required diameter is adjustable with a handle arm with modification of the distance between the upper and lower rolls.
All three rolls are driven.
The basic equipment of the machine includes 1 garniture rolls, which are variable to work more different profiles (see the capacity table).
We produce working rolls according to any unique requirement as an option.

Geschweißte Stahlkonstruktion.
Für Rundbiegung verschieden geschlossenen Profilen.
Die leichte und einfache Handlung, der niedergespannte Fernpedalschalter und die Möglichkeit auf der Einstellung zwischen breiten Parametern sichern die Wirksamkeit der Maschine.
Man kann den gewünschten Durchmesser mit eine Handarm einstellen mit der Modifikation der Distanz zwischen der obere und untere Rollen.
Alle dritte Formungsrollen sind angetrieben.
Die Grundausstattung der Maschine enthaltet 1 Garnitur Rollen, was man variieren kann für die Bearbeitung von verschiedenen Profilen (siehe die maximale Belästigungstabelle).
Wir herstellen Formungsrollen nach eigne Ideen als Option.

Construcţie de oţel sudat.
Se foloseşte pentru vălţuirea (rolarea) diferitelor profile şi ţevi.
Productivitatea este asigurată datorită mînuirii simple şi uşoare a utilajului, a pedalei de picior de frecvenţă mică, şi a posibilităţii de reglare al parametrilor.
Diametrul dorit se reglează cu ajutorul unui şurub vertical, modificînd în acest fel distanţa dintre rola de sus si cele de jos.
Toate cele trei role de profilare sînt angrenate de motor.
Utilajul conţine (cuprinde) o garnitură de role care se pot schimba pentru diferite profile.Vezi tabelul capacităţii sarcinilor.
