So the toilet? when your sat there it looks like you would end up with one foot in the shower tray???

My initial thoughts are the lovely separation between front and rear, plus dedicated bathroom. Can the bathroom but shut off from the bedroom AND lounge? Thinking stinky no2s to be frank.... My main reservation is bashing exposed ankles on that sharp edge of the shower tray? I'd have been tempted to fit a curved one? Might not be an issue? Might be more room that it looks in the vid.

Hi David. The washroom door closes in one of two positions, either as a divider between the lounge and bedroom, or closes the washroom from the bedroom and lounge. I don’t think the shower tray is an ankle basher, or didn’t appear to be when looking round. I had a 10mm lens on my camera which may have made it appear more pronounced

that socket in bedroom where they had a small lamp in wrong place, the flex hanging over work surface to be plugged in underneath not good brush past it and what ever is plugged in ends up on floor. socket should have been on wall at back or set in counter top. don't like the end balster cussions in lounge, cant lie full length of sofa while watching tv. like the l shape kitchen tho

2:46 those curves backrests suck because they make sure you can never sit at the end or sit longways with your feet up. It's a rookie mistake people keep making over and over.
